A list bought from a vendor, eighteen months old.

The list

names and a phone number, no plan facts.

The filing

public, current, and nobody reads it.

The pitch

built from what the prospect said, not from what they filed.

A lead score, and the parts it weighs.

Each result carries a lead score and a rating. The score weighs fourteen parts, plan assets and fee load the heaviest, with five presets: Balanced, Displacement hunter, Growth, Big fish, Just changed. Set the threshold and the list says how many plans clear it.

The parts are on screen. There is no score without them.

From a filing to a plan on the book.

Add a plan and its record arrives with the filing attached, the sponsor and the providers filled from it, and the obligations the plan owes already on its calendar.

Market Intel.

The corpus by region: how many plans, how many new, how much in assets, which recordkeepers hold them, and what changed last year.

A national corpus, narrowed to a list.

The search counts first and draws second, so a filter that matches forty thousand plans says so before it tries to show them.

Questions about prospecting.

Where does the data come from?

Form 5500 filings, as filed.

How current is it?

As current as the filing. The filing year is on the row.

What are the red flags?

What the filing itself reports: late deposits, corrections, a prohibited transaction, a compliance note, a change of advisor.

One record per plan. Ten things a day. A book that is current by a date.
